After researching my issue on line I was able to input the exact issue into my service request and my advisor researched the issue and found that it would be covered if it was in fact that issue. Everyone was nice. I went for a test drive months ago, said I like the car but wasn't ready to buy yet and asked them not to call a bunch of else I would go somewhere else and they didn't bug me at all. I came back and the salesman remembered me.
My budget ended up higher than I anticipated so we spent half the day checking out options finally found what I wanted after hours they helped me out even as the cleaning crew was trying to close the building down for the night.

My service advisor was friendly but the only problem I had is that I had a coupon from the website that they did not recognize it took me a while to get the information together. I don't feel that the discount they gave me was what the coupon should have been. I was sorry to see that they didn't have a car wash after Servicing. I hope in the future they will have that type of service.

My experience with the service department at College Park Hyundai has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off in October and didn’t get it back for over a month—only to receive it with additional issues.
Despite assurances from the service manager, Joseph, that the problems would be addressed, I had to personally follow up multiple times just to get the warranty process started. I even escalated the issue to the general manager, who promised things would be handled more professionally moving forward.
