I came here for the first time because my driver mirror was damaged and had to get it fixed. The vibe there felt a bit unwelcoming. But then I met Joann who is a complete sweetheart and super helpful. She went out of her way to provide the best price to get my mirror fixed. After the uncomfortable experience speaking with the front desk on the phone and in-person, Joann turned that whole experience around. She's definitely a light there in a dark place.

Appt. 7:45, got there 7:55, accident on beltway. Car panic button - 9:34 am (to locate car for service?). Hour and 30 minutes later… so much for appointments, everything is a 4 hour window.

I was a little skeptical going in because I've heard horror stories about Hyundai engine replacements under warranty. I can't stress enough how awesome the team at college park hyundai was! They calmed my fears and made sure to communicate the whole way through the process. My service advisor, Robert, was so helpful and called or texted me with updates often. I got my car back with a brand new engine in under 5 weeks! I would 100% recommend their service center to anyone.
I had a wheel alignment. The car was ready in 90 minutes (efficient) & the total price with tax was $151 (slightly cheaper than some other places). Staff was friendly.
Can’t thank the staff enough. Scheduled a recall for a trunk latch, but my trunk got stuck with the majority of our vacation luggage in the back. Tried a closer repair shop and they simply gave up. My wife had a trip the next day so we had to get in the trunk earlier than our appointment. The team worked us in and took care of it in no time. Special thanks to the service staff Adrian and Andy for being empathetic to our situation and not making me come in on a Saturday during football season!

I had a great experience here. Had to been four other dealers looking for a used EV. Mike Brown in sales knows a lot about cars (which I discovered was not always the case with sales) he talked to me about pros and cons of different cars. Nice guys, easy atmosphere and I never felt like I was getting played. And very happy with my car.

The shop was hopping when I arrived for my 8:30 am appointment. I had to wait about 10 minutes, but checkin went smoothly. I waited in the waiting room with free wifi and a good coffee machine. About 15 minutes before the promised time, the agent called me and said all the service items were complete. But the tech thought that the tire wear indicated the need for an alignment. I said yes and 30 minutes later my car was ready as promised. I’m pleased with the experience.

I had a great experience leasing a new 2024 Elantra SEL here. My salesperson "Mo" went above and beyond and was very accommodating as i made my final decision on which model i wanted. The negotiation process was easy. Although it did take a few hours to complete the paperwork, it went very smooth. It was clean. The svc. mgr was cordial. The waiting room was a little crowded. I was there longer than expected. 3 hrs of the same infomercial is crazy. I asked another svc person for a remote, but never got it.
Had my 10,000 mile oil change today at College Park Hyundai. I made an appointment for 10am and I was hoping for a courtesy ride back to my house, but, yet again the shuttle was not available. One and half hours later my name was called and I got out of there. If the oil change was not free I don’t think I would be using the dealership for an oil change.

I had two flat tires in the afternoon and they were able to fit me in which was wonderful. They also were upfront about the timing, so I was able to juggle getting my car fixed and picking up my daughter as well. Not all dealerships are upfront about this, so this was a huge plus in my opinion.
